1. Purchase order
We issue periodic purchase orders to the Brand, defining the quantities and products to make available on the Amazon channel.
With the Merchant of Record (MoR) model, we enable our Partners to sell on Amazon through our professional Seller account. We directly manage marketplace operations, including onboarding, compliance, catalog, administrative processes and relationships with Amazon. This lets the Brand quickly access the channel without having to manage the operational complexity of a B2C seller account.
Services
We issue periodic purchase orders to the Brand, defining the quantities and products to make available on the Amazon channel.
The Brand ships the goods to the designated Amazon FBA or 3PL warehouse, without issuing an invoice at this stage of the process.
Through Seller Central, we manage invoices or receipts for end customers for every product sold on the marketplace.
We share a monthly report summarizing sales, Amazon costs, logistics fees and the net margin generated during the period.
The Brand invoices Kiliagon for the previous month's net margin, calculated on sales after marketplace fees and logistics costs.
Unsold items remain available in stock and continue to be managed for sales in the following months.
