Introduction



FaceD is an esteemed pharmaceutical dermocosmetics brand hailing from Italy, extending its operations across two countries: Italy and France. The strategic alliance with Kiliagon, forged in November 2019, was not merely a collaboration but a concerted effort to spearhead and optimize the Vendor Account Management in Italy. The overarching objective was to ensure not just a launch but a triumphant and sustained ascension in the market.

In the very initial phase, the Kiliagon team worked on enhancing the brand’s content both textually and visually, rewriting product listings, and creating Store Pages and A+. For the textual content, which is the agency’s strong suit, the team verified search volumes and strategically incorporated keywords into focal points. This allowed the team to align with the product and develop a comprehensive media strategy with the activation of Search campaigns as the primary focus initially. The team also managed Consideration campaigns aimed at directing targeted traffic to the Store Page and product pages. The budget was allocated gradually, initially focusing on more direct tools and later, starting from 2020, also enhancing traffic to the product listings.


Results on the Vendor Account Management



As a result of the initiatives implemented during H1 2020, FaceD experienced a substantial surge in sales, boasting an impressive overall growth of +95%. Specifically, within the Vendor channel, the increase soared even higher, reaching an outstanding +116% compared to the same period in H1 2019. This upward trajectory had already commenced in H2 2019, and its momentum gained further strength with the full-scale activation of additional campaigns.
