Kiliagon has examined the main Amazon marketplaces in Europe (Italy, Germany, Spain, and France), with particular attention to the Italian market. Results show that the Electronics, Home and Kitchen, and Clothing categories were the most popular during the event. There was also a particular interest in specific categories in each country, such as video games in Spain and health and beauty products in France. During Prime Day, many consumers in Italy, Germany, Spain, and France searched for cooling solutions, such as fans and air conditioners. Smart devices like Amazon Alexa were highly sought after in all countries.


The Italian Market

In Italy, the most popular keywords were “fan,” “air fryer,” “portable air conditioner,” “alexa,” and “birkenstock women’s.” Focusing on brand visibility, Kiliagon examined the most frequent brands in search results in the top three categories of the market (Home & Kitchen, Electronics, Clothing) both organically and sponsored. In the organic ranking, brands like OralB, Dyson, Ariete, Braun, Apple, Samsung, Birkenstock, and Havaianas stand out.

However, in the analysis of sponsored visibility, significant differences are noted, with brands like Cosori, Vasner, and Crocs gaining positions compared to the organic ranking.
