Introduction
Face D is an Italian dermocosmetic brand with a pharmaceutical background, active in Italy and France. The partnership with Kiliagon started in November 2019 with the objective of leading the management of the Amazon Vendor account in Italy and accelerating its growth in a structured way.

In the first phase, the Kiliagon team enhanced the brand’s content from both a textual and visual perspective, rewriting product pages and creating a Store Page plus A+ content. For copy, search volumes were analyzed and strategic keywords were inserted in the most relevant points, building a solid base for both organic and paid growth.
This work made it possible to develop a 360-degree media strategy, initially launching Search campaigns only and then expanding coverage with Consideration campaigns designed to drive qualified traffic to the Store Page and product pages. The budget was increased gradually, starting with the most direct tools and later strengthening traffic to product detail pages from 2020 onward.
Results of the Amazon Vendor Account Management
Thanks to the activities developed in H1 2020, Face D recorded +95% in total sales and +116% growth on the Vendor channel versus H1 2019. A first acceleration had already been visible in H2 2019, then became much more pronounced once the additional campaigns were fully activated.
