Introduction
Pierpaoli Exelyas, thanks to 50 years of scientific research and studies conducted by Professor Walter Pierpaoli, formulates unique products to regain control of the biological balance. Professor Pierpaoli has become famous worldwide for his research on melatonin, a molecule that has proven highly effective for synchronizing biological rhythms, which have a significant impact on the balance of hormonal, metabolic, and immune functions—a crucial condition for maintaining health. The partnership with Kiliagon began in October 2021 in Italy with the goal of managing Bestway’s advertising on the Amazon Channel and purchasing online advertising spaces. The main management lever has been advertising, aiming to increase advertising volumes through Search and Display campaigns.

In the very initial phase, the Kiliagon team completely restructured the account, working on different semantic areas and creating campaigns that could display the most relevant product for the user, initially focusing primarily on keyword relevancy. Initially, the effort was focused solely on peak periods for the product category, but subsequently, the importance of continuing promotional efforts continuously to maintain high traffic and sales volumes became evident.
The budget was allocated according to the Brand’s push needs, even at the expense of efficiency, to boost not only top-selling products like Melatonin Zinc Selenium and Pink Melatonin but also lesser-known products like KKS Algae.
Results: increase of Amazon Revenues
The continuity of advertising campaign management by Kiliagon, combined with constant optimization, has led to a clear growth in channel performance. Thanks to proper management of all features of the Amazon Advertising Console platform, more traffic has been directed to product listings due to increased banner visibility (+1,177% impressions in 2022 compared to 2021), but not only that. Considering the launch of new Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns, along with the improvement of Sponsored Products, Pierpaoli has recorded a +49% increase in sales from users who had never purchased its products or had never encountered the brand on the Amazon channel. In terms of advertising revenue, there is a +148% increase in 2022 compared to 2021, with total sales reaching +121% on an annual basis. The total number of units sold has also increased by +113%.
In 2022, the increase in revenues was particularly strong, especially in the summer and autumn months, as during the same period in 2021, before Kiliagon’s management, advertising campaigns were not active, demonstrating the significant impact of advertising management.
